I offer an integrative massage and bodywork style with a body-mind-spirit connection.  Your customized massage may include several styles of massage and bodywork, depending on your age, condition, or any special needs or goals you have.  Do you want a massage for relaxation and stress release? Or do you need symptom relief or help with a certain health condition?  Or both?

Therapeutic bodywork  helps with muscle tension, headaches, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, neck and back pain, injury and surgery recovery, muscle soreness from working out, TMJ disorder and foot conditions like plantar fasciitis.

Relaxation techniques  are used for stress release, energy balancing, and strengthening the immune system if you're feeling run down.

Regular massage is an ideal way to maintain and improve your overall wellness.  All clients begin to save with their first 90 minute appointment!  Your Budget and Bodywork card is kept at my studio.  You will receive $10 off a 90 minute session after receiving five 90 minute sessions.  Your budget and your body will benefit from regular massage and bodywork!
